Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing customer support in an independent work environment, serving as the customer-facing voice and developing creative solutions to customer issues.
- Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process and ensure timely resolution.
- Determining when hospital requests require escalation, based on complexity or high-priority needs, and escalating issues to the relevant teams.
- Solving customer complaints and documenting them in our CRM system to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Effectively coordinating collaboration between internal departments (sales, customer service, delivery, and accounts receivable) to ensure 100% service level to customers while adhering to company quality and revenue recognition policies.
- Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, engaging, interacting, and responding in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships.
- Processing all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures.
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology.
- Consistently demonstrating a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment.
- Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Potential specialized representative for CSR's or POC's.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to customer issues.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to document customer interactions and issues.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
