Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring that customers' needs are met
- Utilizing arenaflex's chat platform to assist customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries, as well as providing solutions to their concerns
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and accurate support, as well as staying informed about arenaflex's products, policies, and services
- Providing proactive support to customers, anticipating their needs, and offering solutions to prevent issues from arising
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* First Contact Resolution (FCR): 80% or higher
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in live chat customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and customer service policies, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of live chat interactions, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management
