Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work From Home – USA

With a focus on empathy, consultation, and problem-solving, you'll transform frustrated exchanges into exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships and retain customers through empathetic and consultative interactions

  • Resolve complex customer concerns related to one or more products or services, utilizing multiple systems and support tools
  • Uncover customer wants, interests, and needs to effectively save the product and offer additional products and services
  • Demonstrate self-sufficiency in a virtual setting, utilizing various support tools to research and resolve complex customer issues
  • Utilize virtual communication tools to engage with managers or support teams for assistance
  • Remain proficient in explaining customer bills, managing billing, rate plan, and feature matters for one or more products or services
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services
  • Adhere to a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to communicate under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems and support tools to resolve customer concerns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with sales performance, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Note:

* This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour workweek.

  • Hours of operation are subject to change, including possible mandatory overtime when business needs require.
  • Initial training and nesting hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, for approximately 3 months.
  • Post-training and nesting hours may shift to later hours, including Saturday and/or Sunday.
  • Paid time off becomes available after 3 months of service.
