Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and tone
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online tools, including email, chat, and phone systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
