Job Summary

As an experienced Database Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise in database administration, data analysis, and data visualization will be essential in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain databases to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in database administration, data analysis, and data visualization
• Strong understanding of database concepts, including data modeling, database design, and query optimization
• Experience with SQL Server, including database administration, data analysis, and data visualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based databases, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure

• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with scripting languages, including PowerShell and Python

• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
