Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers via various channels, including phone, email, and online support tickets
  • Opening and submitting requests into the arenaflex ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome of the Help Desk's resolution, including whether the issue was resolved or requires further coordination with the customer
  • Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive timely and accurate updates on the status of their requests
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
  • Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred
  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service, preferably in a technology company or busy online retailer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
