Job Summary
As a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading our team of experts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on our platforms. You'll work closely with our product development teams to design and implement effective solutions, and collaborate with our business stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of experts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on our platforms
- Collaborate with product development teams to design and implement effective solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify and mitigate adversarial abuse
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and software development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and software development
- 2+ years of experience in leading teams and managing projects
- Strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and software development
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with web development frameworks, such as React or Angular
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field)
- 2+ years of experience in working with designing teams that form information foundation and ML models
- 2+ years of experience driving teams with the capacity to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require
- Experience with SQL, R, and Matlab
- Strong business judgment, critical and scientific skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action with a capacity to work in a quickly changing industry and oversee ambiguity while limiting uncertainty through quantitative insights
