Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
• Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them efficiently
• Explaining contract details and providing clear guidance to customers
• Managing existing customer relationships to build trust and loyalty
• Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
• Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and meetings with management, utilizing camera usage to stay connected and engaged

• Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills to build strong relationships with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
• General computer and typing skills to navigate our systems and tools
• Passion for customer service and quality work to drive excellence in everything you do
• Focus and reliability to prioritize tasks, organize your work, and multitask effectively
• High School diploma or GED as a minimum educational requirement
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus, but not required
