What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Representative (Data Specialist) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our data management systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing basic troubleshooting and recommending solutions to customer inquiries - Entering and verifying data into various database applications - Maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents - Communicating effectively with team members and other departments to service customers - Safeguarding confidential customer information and providing exceptional customer service
What is Required (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work an 8-hour shift as assigned within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm - Minimum of 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment - Proficiency in 10-key data entry from a computer keyboard - Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
