Responsibilities:
As an Outbound Sales Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
Delivering Exceptional Customer Support:
Engage with customers daily, making outbound calls, and ensuring each interaction is documented accurately.
Upselling Products and Services:
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to clients, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
Setting Appointments:
Set appointments in a business-to-customer format, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with clients.
Staying Informed:
Maintain awareness of campaign products, services, and promotions, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Data Entry and Management:
Accurately document customer interactions, update records, and maintain a high level of data integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Minimum One Year of Call Center Experience:
Proven experience working in a call center environment with automatic dialers and call scripting.
Clear Communication Skills:
Possess clear, professional, and friendly communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Strong People Skills:

Sales Experience:
Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
