Requirements
- Availability: Willing to commit to at least 15 hours per week. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience required. - Equipment: Personal computer (Windows 10 or 11), USB headset with microphone, wired house phone, wired high-speed internet (10 MBPS minimum), and antivirus software. - Qualities: Strong communication skills across phone, chat, and email, attention to detail, friendly and professional demeanor, self-motivation, and a knack for problem-solving.
