Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications: Use your knowledge of arenaflex services and products to recommend solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves: Manage customer moves from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Follow-up with customers both during and after their move to ensure satisfaction: Check in with customers to ensure they're satisfied with their experience and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues: Remain composed and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Prepare move-related paperwork and documents: Accurately complete and submit necessary paperwork and documents to ensure smooth processing and compliance.
  • All other duties as assigned: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and drive business results.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A minimum educational requirement to ensure you have the foundation for success in this role.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience required: Proven experience in sales and customer service to demonstrate your ability to build relationships and drive results.
  • Excellent customer service skills: A friendly, positive voice and a passion for assisting customers with their needs.
  • Strong team player: Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people and personalities to achieve common goals.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills: Proficiency in using computer software and hardware to perform job duties.

Job Type

* Full-time, Part-time: Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs and preferences.

Pay

* From $25.90 - $35.00 per hour: Competitive hourly rate to reflect your skills and experience.

Expected hours

* 40 per week: Regular full-time or part-time schedule to ensure you have a healthy work-life balance.

Education

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred): Proven experience in customer service to demonstrate your ability to build relationships and drive results.
  • Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred): Proven experience in using computer software and hardware to perform job duties.
