Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide clear and concise information to customers
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs and ensure 24/7 support

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
