Job Type:

  • Hourly: $14-$18 per hour
  • Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (with flexibility to work in different shifts if required)

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing accurate information about products and services
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintaining customer records and updating account information
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts if required
  • No prior experience needed; on-the-job training provided

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior customer service experience

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
