Job Description
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution services. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately inputting and managing data, maintaining confidentiality, and generating reports as required. This position requires a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
- Maintain confidential information with the utmost integrity
- Generate reports as required
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk (at least 1 year)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
