Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Customer Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while helping our customers with their inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat software
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Additional training in customer service is an advantage
