Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for collecting, verifying, and entering data into our databases, as well as generating reports for reference checking, data analysis, and other purposes. With a focus on accuracy, completeness, and consistency, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our databases and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Resource Collection and Verification: Research, collect, and verify data from various sources, including web searches, phone calls, and emails, and combine them into a single database.
• Data Entry and Management: Enter data accurately into our databases, creating new entries, updating existing ones, or removing obsolete data as needed.
• Data Quality Control: Run quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the data, under the supervision of our experienced team.
• Report Generation: Generate reports for reference checking, data analysis, or other purposes, using data from our databases.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Strong attention to detail: The ability to spot and correct even the most minor errors to ensure data entries are always accurate.
• Fast typing speed: A quick learner with a fast typing speed of 50 words per minute or more, achieved through continuous training.
• Organizational skills: The ability to organize and arrange data logically and efficiently, managing a large data set with ease.
• Time management: Strong discipline and time management skills to meet daily deadlines, working remotely requires effective time management.

Preferred Qualifications

While prior experience is not required, having the following skills and qualities will give you an edge:
