Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You will work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and efficient ticket management. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
• Collaborate with the overseas admin team to ensure timely and effective ticket management
• Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, working independently with minimal supervision
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability

• Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
• Native U.S. English speaker
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using modern business tools (e.g., ZenDesk, Slack, JIRA)

* Previous customer support experience in a remote or online environment

• Basic knowledge of business operations and customer service principles
• Certification or training in customer service, sales, or a related field
