What to Expect:

As a Remote Data Entry/Support Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our Dispute Resolution department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining, organizing, and transferring documentation for legal actions for both internal and external clients
  • Collaborating with the Director of Payment Compliance Dispute Resolution and Manager of Payer Analysis Operation/Systems
  • Prioritizing work efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of data entry or administrative experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills

How to Stand Out:

If you have experience in legal documentation or dispute resolution processes, familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in a legal context, or previous experience working in a multi-functional team setting, you'll be at the top of our list. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros, are also highly desirable.
