What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls: Provide exceptional customer service to cardholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information: Ensure that customer records are up-to-date and accurate, and that all customer interactions are documented and tracked.
  • Authorizing sales and building relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, and authorize sales and transactions as needed.
  • Utilizing computer skills: Use proficient computer skills to manage information, communicate effectively, and access relevant systems and tools.
  • Collaborating with colleagues: Attend occasional in-person meetings for training and collaboration, and work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

What We Require (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience: Or military equivalent, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Residence within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Rapid City, SD: We're looking for candidates who are based in the local area, with easy access to our offices and training facilities.
  • Proficiency using a computer: You'll need to be comfortable using a range of computer systems and tools, including our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • 18 years of age or older: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
  • Willingness to undergo drug testing, background investigation, and fingerprinting: We're committed to maintaining a safe and secure work environment, and all candidates will be required to undergo these checks as part of our hiring process.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.: You must be authorized to work in the United States to apply for this role.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not essential, we're particularly interested in candidates with:

  • 0-2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a related healthcare field: If you have experience in a related field, we'd love to hear from you.
