Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and precision. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting data accurately into our systems using provided software or spreadsheets.
  • Reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and correcting any inconsistencies.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files or physical records as needed.
  • Performing regular backups of important data to ensure its safety.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information by following established protocols.
  • Collaborating with team members to verify accuracy of entered data.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to:

+ Data entry and processing + Record-keeping and filing + Data analysis and reporting + Compliance with data protection regulations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certifications in relevant field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required as this is an entry-level position.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with online databases and CRM software is a plus.
