Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately Entering Data: You'll be responsible for accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images.
• Identifying Document Types: You'll need to identify document types based on the provided documentation.
• Reviewing and Verifying Data: You'll review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements.
• Maintaining Confidentiality: You'll be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of client data, following HIPAA standards.
• Interacting with Colleagues: You'll need to professionally interact with other staff members as needed.
• Making Recommendations: You'll have the opportunity to make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes.
• Completing Tasks: You'll work until all tasks are completed for the day, and perform other basic office duties as assigned.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Multitasking: You'll need to be able to multitask and move quickly.
• Attention to Detail: You'll need to have high attention to detail while being efficient.
• Quick Learning: You'll need to be a quick learner, able to follow basic or difficult instructions when needed.
• Confidentiality: You'll need to maintain the confidentiality of client data.
• Language Skills: You'll need to be able to read and speak English.
• Typing Skills: You'll need to meet the requirements for a WPM typing test (50 WPM @ 95% accuracy) and a KPH typing test (4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy).

Schedule and Compensation

* Hourly Pay: You'll be paid $12 per hour.

• Available Schedule: You'll have the opportunity to work part-time or full-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required.
• Shifts: Available shifts will vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday.
