What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Understanding and implementing inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless communication with clients
  • Handling overflow inbound service calls promptly and efficiently, providing timely solutions to customer inquiries
  • Assisting customers with scheduling appointments and providing support to enhance their overall experience
