  • Utilize arenaflex's customer service software to manage customer interactions and track issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach

  • Reliable internet connection and a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
