Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Medical Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to Medicare customers, addressing their inquiries, and helping them make informed decisions about their health and financial needs. Responsibilities

As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through a mostly inbound call model, responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
  • Utilizing your knowledge and expertise to help customers understand their Medicare coverages and select the right products, services, and solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs
  • Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them upgrade products or services
  • Making outbound calls to provide follow-up support when needed
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ensuring patient privacy
  • Staying up-to-date with Medicare policies, procedures, and regulations to provide informed support to customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current Health insurance license in your state of residence
  • High-speed internet access (>15 mbps)
  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of Medicare policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or sales
