Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and self-motivated REMOTE Live Chat specialist to join our team. As a Live Chat specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through live chat. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat

  • Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Offer personalized support and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the shipping or logistics industry

  • Knowledge of shipping container sales and support
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales
  • Experience with sales and support software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a REMOTE Live Chat specialist, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary of $500 per month
  • 5% commission on each sale, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold
