Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Contact Center Operations and Analytics

• Providing data and analytical support to multiple AA contact centers, helping to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Conducting complex quantitative analysis on various contact center metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to help stakeholders understand customer behavior and preferences
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes
• Serving as a subject matter expert on contact center data and analytics, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders
• Working closely with the Mosaic team to develop new data sources and enhance existing datasets

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on contact center operations and analytics
• Strong experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using tools like SQL, SAS, and Access
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience working with large datasets and developing complex queries to extract insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• A graduate degree in a quantitative field
• Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
