Job Type and Working Hours
This is a full-time position, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST). However, we offer flexible working hours to ensure our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting data into our systems
- Verifying and correcting data where necessary
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data
- Following data program techniques and procedures
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Reviewing data for completeness and accuracy
- Communicating with team members to ensure data integrity
- Generating reports as required

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Great attention to detail
- High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
