Job Description

As an Online Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering important company data and keeping our records up-to-date. Your primary duties will include:

• Data Entry and Management: Inputting data from various sources into our company database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Data Verification and Sorting: Verifying the accuracy of data and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Data Review and Correction: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure data integrity.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information, adhering to data integrity and security policies.
• Reporting: Generating and updating reports as required, providing valuable insights to our clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
• Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
