Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 0-2 years of customer service-related experience required; call center experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Outlook and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed typing speed and accuracy requirements.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders to achieve common goals.
