Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lewisville, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone and email, resolving issues with our garage door systems, and promoting our products and services. If you have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, resolving issues with our garage door systems and promoting our products and services

  • Manage inbound calls and corresponding with customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their concerns
  • Reroute customers to other lines of support as needed, such as a different department or local dealers for service
  • Referring customers to local dealers for service, handling warranty coverage discussions about products
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Service-oriented skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with garage door systems or similar products

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with occasional on-site visits required
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
