About Little Arrangements
Little Arrangements is a dynamic team within arenaflex that empowers a seamless experience for our guests by ensuring that products are available, accessible, accurately measured, and displayed on the sales floor in our smallest store formats. As a member of this team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Little Arrangements team by:
- Processing transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring that products are available for guests
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and other areas
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
* Process transactions and maintain accurate records
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are available for guests
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and other areas

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
