Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access these functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 5+ hours per week
