Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information
  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

To be successful as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills, with experience with live chat platforms preferred
