A Day in the Life
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient data analytics solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop technical specifications, and implement solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will work on a wide range of projects, from developing machine learning models to designing and implementing data pipelines. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our data scientists and engineers to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop scalable and efficient data analytics solutions that meet the needs of our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical specifications
- Implement solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop machine learning models and deploy them in production environments
- Design and implement data pipelines that integrate with various data sources
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that code is maintainable, efficient, and scalable
- Coach and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
Essential Capabilities
* 5+ years of non-entry level professional software development experience
- 5+ years of experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
- 5+ years of experience in driving design or engineering (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience as a tutor, tech lead, or leading a design team
Preferred Capabilities
* 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding guidelines, code reviews, source control management, build cycles, testing, and deployment experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
