Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Data Processing: Accurately input work order and invoice information into our systems, ensuring seamless auditing, billing, and client reporting processes.
* Quality Assurance: Serve as the primary reviewer for duplicate charges and discrepancies, identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures and improving customer satisfaction.
* Collaboration: Work closely with service providers and Customer Service Managers to streamline operations, communicate effectively, and drive business growth.
* Dispute Resolution: Audit invoices and address unnecessary charges to maximize savings and improve customer relationships.
* Project Participation: Engage in special projects, complete additional assigned tasks, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
