Job Summary

As an Experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, making outbound calls to promote mortgage campaigns and products, and working with various campaigns to upsell and cross-sell services. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer service inquiries and problems in a professional and courteous manner

• Make outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns, with a daily call volume of up to 50-100 calls
• Work on various campaigns, including partnerships with 3rd party companies such as insurance companies, home warranties, security systems, and more
• Identify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department for further assistance
• Collaborate with sales teams to promote mortgage campaigns and products to existing borrowers
• Meet or exceed daily call targets and sales goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Additional Skills & Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in outbound customer service or call center environment

• Proven sales or upselling experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
• Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
