Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through various communication channels. You'll work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback on our customer service processes. Key Responsibilities

* Monitor phone queue to ensure proper coverage is maintained at all times

  • Respond to emails and live chat in a way that reflects our brand voice and tone
  • Utilize product knowledge to suggest items to customers and provide informed recommendations
  • Provide feedback to management regarding current customer service processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate patience and empathy when interacting with customers who require extra support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide updates on order status, product availability, and other relevant information
  • Meet or exceed quality, productivity, reliability, and sales performance standards
  • Assist with overflow calls from other concepts when needed

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based applications
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately, with a focus on providing clear and concise responses to customer inquiries
  • Access to a reliable 100 kb/s connection internet speed
  • A quiet and secure home workspace, with minimal distractions and interruptions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, especially during peak seasons

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual (Spanish) or proficiency in other languages

  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
