Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities

* Assist customers with navigating and placing orders on our websites, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience

  • Respond to a variety of incoming contacts, including products, sales/promotions, orders, and returns, in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize effective decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Listen actively to customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Confidently interact with customers and internal departments in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED required

  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • Internet savvy, with the ability to navigate through multiple browsers and various search engines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under the direction of a Team Manager
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
  • Professional, flexible, and positive team player with a passion for delivering great service to customers
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or call center environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
  • Familiarity with our retail apparel company and its products
