Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our online customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms
  • Assisting customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Utilizing persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers
  • Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed as an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
