Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Data Entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Entering customer information into our systems with precision and efficiency, maintaining accurate records and data integrity
• Maintaining and updating records as needed, ensuring seamless data management and organization
• Assisting in data collection and organization for various projects, utilizing your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
• Utilizing Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables, to support data analysis and reporting
• Performing clerical tasks to support the administrative team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
