Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who can provide exceptional customer experiences, respond to inquiries, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Verifying customer contact information, including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses, and updating customer records accordingly
  • Answering incoming phone calls on the first ring, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues promptly
  • Scheduling appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Responding to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframes, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • A certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
