Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving technical issues and billing concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
