What You'll Do

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and/or email
• Answering customer queries on a wide range of topics, from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance
• Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
• Communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and delight them
• Working in a high-energy environment, multitasking with ease, and adapting to changing situations

• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
