Job Summary

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital support role in our office, working closely with our accounting and sales departments to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal teams. Key Responsibilities

* Process sales data, update accounting records, and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) database with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Handle mail, deposits, and follow up on leads in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide administrative support to our accounting and sales departments, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our internal teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data analysis, reporting, and special projects

Essential Qualifications

* Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other administrative tools, including data analysis and reporting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
