The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from home and choose your own hours, selecting from a variety of service intervals seven days a week. You will be interacting with guests and travel agent partners via phone, helping customers with questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading cruise lines and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners via phone
- Answer questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
- Help customers with booking and travel-related issues
- Utilize the Arise Platform to access client programs and select service intervals
- Work from home, choosing your own hours and selecting from a variety of enterprise clients to service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or travel-related industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in using a computer and navigating software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or travel-related industry
- Knowledge of the cruise industry and its operations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
