Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through online chat platforms
  • Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Hardworking and independent with the ability to work remotely

  • Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
