Job Summary
We're seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Manage and prioritize support tickets and listings in a timely manner
- Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless support delivery
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support team members
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve support skills and knowledge
- Work closely with the support team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
- Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
- Native U.S. English speaker
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
