Job Summary:

Join arenaflex's dynamic team as an Experienced Customer Service Representative, where you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues. As a key member of our International Voice team in Hyderabad, you will primarily communicate with customers through mail, chat, and phone, utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts, review policies, and provide effective solutions. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems

  • Communicate with customers via mail, chat, and phone
  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
  • Provide effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum qualification is 10+2. Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply

  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Clear communication with both internal and external customers
  • Good comprehension skills and ability to address customer issues appropriately
  • Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills

* Prior experience in a customer service role or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
