Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing phone, email, or chat channels.
• Identify customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific product features effectively.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions by conducting thorough testing and replicating user scenarios.
• Update our internal databases with comprehensive information on technical issues and noteworthy customer interactions.
• Proactively monitor and address customer complaints on various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to share valuable insights, including feature requests and effective workarounds.
• Educate customers about new features and functionalities, providing them with the necessary information to maximize product utilization.
• Ensure the resolution of technical issues by following up with customers and confirming their satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role.
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
